Where is the store where you can buy the Nunchaku? I’m sure it’s in W2-Z2 but haven’t found it.

Found in Zone 2 World 2.
You may do this in Infantile Mode.
The Chain-Sticks (400 baubles) replace your “Stick” and have longer range. The first hit is slower and hits for the usual 25. The next three hits are a fast chain for 25, 25, and 50 (thanks ZionCypher)!
