W2, z2, past the gong in tribulation mode. This last patch added some extra waypoints, and this one kills you. It’s not the one immediately after the gong, but the one after the portal section. Screenshots below.
You can get past it maybe 2/5 times, by holding w but it’s still really quite annoying.

In addition to this bug, the cloud save point after this checkpoint does not work and if you die you will be sent to this bugged one again.
