I came to this point in TM mode W3, in the video it shown to jump where the right cloud is, in fact in the video that cloud didn’t appearead at all, so I have to guess it has been patched or something?
Look right, theres a mushroom on the wall. Jump there and back to the smaller mushroom at the tree. From there, you can fall down and move on on the tree roots.
The advice above does work; it requires a dip jump or dodge jump to reach the far mushroom. I think the intended route is to actually jump down to the left (off of the tree) and into the cave full of jump pads. (You have to hit a crocodile to enter) Once you reach the top, watch out for the No Clouds. You can get Moto’s Breath (elite skill) while you’re there at the secret shop.

Yeah, according to a red post it was a stipulation that nothing in TM would require a double/evade jump. So there must be some way around it.
