I know that theres a lot of us in game that absolutely love this new content and its difficulty. There are a few bugs that are being worked out which happens with any new content.
So many people come to the forums, its usually always just the people complaining because the people enjoying the content are too busy playing the game and enjoying it.
So on that note…
Thanks Josh and everyone else who worked with you for the SAB! I just wish it was permanent content!!
Please dont feed the trolls of people complaining about the difficulty. Just focus on the minor bugs with certain areas of the levels and keep this amazing content how it is.

You realise that just because you madly enjoy something, that doesn’t invalidate the complaints of others? (In the same way that nobody’s complaints can invalidate the fact you enjoyed the content and had fun.)

Good job on keeping SAB’s World 1 unchanged though. At least part that part of SAB has kept the same heart and feel as it used to have. (And also generally good job on responding to reported bugs so far. No complaints on my end there.)

Sorry im not the troll. Im not here to complain about content that was intended to be hard and rewarding. Just like lidari, i loved that content and had no complaints.
With every single game there is and has ever been, there is and will always be people complaining about the game being too hard or nerfing it in some way. So me saying to “not feed the trolls and change the difficulty” is my plea for developers to once, not give into the people kittening.
Fix any bugs that we find, yes. But dont dumb down the content because of a small group of people who QQ on the forums.

Yep, but it wouldnt have mattered because i had a stockpile of baubles and continue coins from the previous SAB.
I see. The pattern continues : everyone so far that said he enjoyed World 2 and/or Tribulation mode bought that item.
I blame the “1 life only at game start” decision (at least for non Trib mode :p)
Even if i didnt buy the coin i wouldve easily completed the content with well under 50 – 100 deaths and still have over 150 coins left over. I had a huge stockpile of everything from the last sab. I just bought the coin so i could delete all the coins and save space lol.

No infinite coin here. still enjoyed the SAB. I really love thats its more challenging now. Since I was able to clear W1 in 30 minutes after the third day it was released. Looking forward to frustration and challenge in W2Z3 and Tribulation mode tomorrow.
It wasn’t intended to be hard – tribulation was and no one has really complained about that. Certainly its no reflection of retro gaming, but TM is very good in the context of what it is.
W2 infantile and normal mode have been over tweaked by difficulty – the devs have admitted the learning curve was too steep from 1-2 (and thanks to them for admitting it). Normal mode is meant to be fun for all interested. TM is for the Liadri and elite group. It didn’t work out like that (yet – may get fixed).
Is SAB an excellent piece of content? Despite all the above..of course it is. World 1 is every bit as amazing as it was before and the overall concept is still genius.
Remember also, SAB forum was filled with praise before. There’s not much more to be said than already has been, so its not surprisng more negative threads will appear (and ppl are right to say so, as long as they are constructive)
I’m just gunna say no infinite coin here and none in my group and we completed both levels after two play throughs, loved every minute and some of my best moments within gw2 genuinely love the SAB and I’m thankful to the devs for bringing it out. This is my last post regarding SAB as I don’t want to sit here defending it all night lol. I hope all you guys who’ve struggled manage to get through it eventually and again I love SAB so thanks Josh, the rest of the devs and especially the guys who did the music
Group? Do you think doing it as a group made it easier? It seems the multiplayer part and ability to go out to get more lives without spending continues could help yeah.

Aaaand the pattern is broken. Finished and enjoyed world 2 without buying the coin

No infinite coin, played through w2 z1-z2 so far and holy potatoes is it hard but it gets easier once you know where to go after a few tries. I played with friends so sometimes they warn me about traps and what to do. so far i think i’ve only spent 3-5 continue coins. Can’t wait to play through z3 and the dreaded tribulation mode
