Guild Wars 2

In the SAB Waiting Area, how are players jumping from the fountain into the clouds? I’ve tried double jump and nothing. I’m sure it must be something simple I need to do.

There is actually a hidden cave accessed from the cliff where the sun is. It leads to a mini-jumping puzzle that has a jump pad that sends you up to the clouds.

OK thanks, It just appears as if players are jumping from the fountain.
