Is the eagle still accessible after the flower update? The flower does not go in that direction, and I can’t seem to be able to jump to the cloud.

You need to jump wisely.

I’ve been able to jump from it normally from the nearby green slope.

Its a long jump, but you can do it. If you cant reach it, try jump-evade trick(press both at the same time)
