I’m very happy for those who enjoy this additional sub game, may they get much enjoyment and rewards from it. Unfortunately I didn’t like the first installment and don’t want a message continually reminding me that it is back for a second time.

Yes, there are still account owners who don’t know it is up, but I do and I’d rather have that piece of screen clear for other things.

So how about an option to remove/hide it completely? That goes for the other events messages too.

I second this; it’s bothered me since flame and frost, forcing other things (daily, event progress) to collapse

This is definitely a feature that would be welcome. I’d love to either hide my personal story box, or at least set it so that it always starts out collapsed by default. Really no reason not to give us a bit more control over it.

I do not mind it popping up to let me know what is going on in Tyria, but I agree, once you know a simple right click or something to dismiss the message would be good. Though, it should always pop back up when their is an update, for example a region being attacked.

Essentially I agree with cpg, I see no reason why we can not have a bit more control over it.
