Stuck in World 2 Zone 2 HELP!

From that picture if you turn around you should see a log hanging in the air and a pedestal behind that. Stand on the pedestal facing the end of the hanging log and use the hand skill to knock the log into the bell which will bring down the bridge in front of you.
