There is a clenched fist symbol with a downward white arrow on it, anyone know what that is?

He’s talking about the blocked off room in W2Z2 on the top floor of the pushing block puzzle pagoda.
Presumably you will be able to open that entrance with an upgraded glove power from the World 3 release of the SAB. So there is no legitimate way to get inside at this point, you will have to wait for the next installment of SAB and backtrack there to get in.

The downward white arrow is New Krytan for ‘P’.

It’ll be for the ‘Power Glove’ we get in either world 3 or 4.

I’m not convinced that it isn’t available already, but until some intrepid adventurer stumbles onto it, that remains conjecture.
