Zone 2 the the last shop right before the last checkpoint doesn’t trigger the achievement. When I enter the shop and move one step no matter what direction, it insta kills me (and no there are no traps inside). Tried it a couple of times and couldn’t get the achiev. it should trigger immediately when entering, just like the other shops do, but it doesn’t

It’s likely you already got it and missed one of the other two. This was fixed in yesterday’s patch.

There are actualy 4 shops in W1 Zone 2. I am pretty sure I got the other 3 ones

Only three shops in Z2 are counting.
If you meant the “shop” at the roots near the last checkpoint, that one doesn’t count.

Do you refer to the one below the ground?
If so: That’s not a shop.

Zone 1: 2 shops
Zone 2: 3 shops
Zone 3: 6 shops

Make sure that you bombed the floor in the shop behind the acid waterfall. It counts as an extra shop.

yes that’s the one I meant. I spent ages to reach that one( ok if it doesn’t count, then I’m good. thanks for you help!
