I tried to get the best view of this as I could, doing completion of the zone now and saw this. Any way to get to it? And does it count for achievement?

I’m pretty sure you don’t need that for the achievement. Didn’t even notice that cloud when I did mine. I have no idea why it’s there for, but you could probably reach it if you jump on the black mushroom like thingies. Looks like you could from the pic anyway. But yeah, you don’t really need to bother with it
