Guild Wars 2

Here’s the deal – up till this point Ascended gear has been account bound.
But since acquiring it now requires a crafting discipline I can’t help but think that this was done in order for them to be tradable. Otherwise we’d be making them like Legendary items one would imagine.

I haven’t found a definitive answer anywhere – so please let me know.

XD thank you for both short and long answers, fortunately i have weaponsmith to 400… let’s see how it goes

As far as we know, the weapons will be account bound on crafting, soulbound on use, but the time gated materials used for their crafting won’t be so you’ll be able to get them on the TP.

What about the dropped ones?

Those will probably be the usual Soulbound on acquiring, like exotic weapons in Fractals.
