I cannot find this guy.

Genuinely though, feel like I’m being really blind. Can’t see any walls to bomb, or passages. What completely obvious thing am I totally missing?

Step by Step guide:
- Go into the Super Adventure Hub
- Search for the house with a “3” painted on it
- Go in it
- Profit!

I figured it was part of the “World 3” at the end of the World 2…

You could always do it on Infantile Mode. Completely bypasses all the hard parts.

I was able to clear 2-3 on infantile (still working my way up there on normal) and then enter 3-1, which surprised me, but worked.
