i have done the world 1 zone 1-3 multiple times in a row and got no achievement for it it is stuck on 2/3 i have 14/15 achievements and this is blocking my progress for my backpiece this is very frustrating because ive run this so many times and i cant go through with my final achievement please fix this asap i would like to get my backpiece

yes i wait on every one and it hasnt let me get it yet ive even went into the bonus world and it still failed to give me the achievement

well somehow i got it idk what i did but it fixed itself i guess

Same here. Scholar is stuck at 2/3 and I’ve done normal mode several times.

Ok, not knowing which zone it was, I played through zones 2 and 3 again, this time I stood inside the chest at the end. I got the advance and the achievement on zone 1-3.

I’ve replayed World 1 zones 1-2-3 again with low level alt, who have never tried them before.
No Scholar achievement though I was “inside the chests” and waited for times and was not dead.

Since there appears to be some confusion about how you gain progress on Scholar and Academic, here’s a list of what you need to do in order to receive the achievements.
•You must be in the Mode you want the achievement progress for.
•You must be near the reward chest at the end of the zone.
•You must wait for the timer in the top right corner to reach zero and move you to the next zone.
•You must not be in the continue area (The Moto Room).

I did all of the above and finished world 1 zone 1-3 TWICE but still no achievement for scholar, the counter stuck at 1/3 and doesn’t progress…

my Scholar is stuck at 0/3
i’ve been cleared W1-1,2,3 several times too
while all baubles, hidden rooms are found by me

The same has happened to me. I’ve ran zones 1,2 and 3 all in a row and all separate a few times now both solo and with groups and my scholar is stuck at 1/3 . Since this is my last achievement for the overall achievement for world 1 “Miner in Achievement” and my “Distinction in Applied Jumping” title I’m rather annoyed that it’s bugged and not giving me the achievements.

Well I figured out what it was thanks to this thread stating that it will not reward in infantile mode. However, I dont recall ever doing it in any other mode to get my 1/3. Oh well, I have it done now.

just hope that Anet tell us something!

doesnt work and just makes me more mad

No, Scholar is in normal mode, not infantile.

don’t you think?

This only means you must not be in motos Room when the timer at the end of the zone runs out, in between you can visit moto as much as you want.

I did these achievements 2 days ago and it was working fine. So if it is bugged it seems to be some random bug.

This thread made me facepalm so hard…

try sitting inside the chest. if that doesnt work then its bugged or you missed a bauble or some condition somehow.
