I just finished the whole adventure box but the achievment still shows 26/27.
Is it more coming or am I missing something?

You missed something. Did you go through some part of it without using the rainbow? IIRC all the spots for triggering the achievement are along the path. Also following the pointing finger icons. Some points are triggered near those too(the ones that only show up in Infantile mode).
