Guild Wars 2

I noticed today on one of my characters that once I reached a full stack of 250 baubles, any further baubles I picked up would not be placed in my inventory. The full stack was in a cloth 15 slot invisible sack at the time (if that matters). Server: Sorrow’s Furnace.

250 is the most you can pick up unless you purchase the bauble pouch in zone 3 which raises the max to 500.

This is an intentional cap.

The limit is 250 in SAB. You may increase it to 500 if you buy the purse at w1-z3 for 250 baubles.

that’s odd since my other character was carrying over 300 for days. I guess that was the actual bug then. thanks for the info

You can carry as many as you can possibly hold. You just can’t gain any more once you’re past the limit while in the SAB.

notice i said “in SAB”. You may exceed that limit outside SAB by transferring or through chests that spawn in the world. Hope it helps.
