I am following Dulfy’s guide to getting the Associate of Baubles achievement and Dulfy mentions in the comments you can do this achievement in Infantile Mode.

Yet I just tried and while following her video closely, I just can’t get it to pop in Infantile Mode.

So, does it still work?

Yes, you can do all the achievements in infantile world, including associate of baubles. I got the title there.

It quite possible you missed some bubbles. Maybe you should check dulfy again. I followed the guide and got the achievement.

I got the achievements on infant mode.

you only need normal mode for getting your daily 2 bauble bubbles per chest. everything else works perfectly in infantile mode. you even get the 4th heart beating the big bad frog in infantile mode =)

Just out of curiosity, which zone were you doing?

I had to beat the zones on normal to get the very first achievement. I can’t remember what it is called, but it’s the one for beating all three zones. I think you can do the rest of them in infantile though.

Edit: Just for confirmation, I got the find all baubles for zone 3 in infantile, as well as the one for not getting trapped by the plants and not dying or using potions.

First, off thanks for the replies. I should update this.

I did the first zone where it just wouldn’t work for me. However, I also tried it on the third zone and there I did get th achievement in infantile mode.

So clearly, I must have been missing a bauble in Zone 1. Just a bit odd that I did it in normal mode right after and I did it the exact same way and when in normal mode it worked for Zone 1 right away.

For the life of me I cannot fathom which bauble I forgot in infantile mode but didn’t forget in normal mode.

But yes, answer should be, it works in infantile mode.

It is very easy to miss a bauble, even when using a guide and thinking you have found everything. I speak from experience.

I just did zone 3 solo to get all the baubles and missed one, not fun. I didn’t know it worked in infantile though, I’ll have to try that, it’s the only other achievement I’m missing anyway.

The only thing you dont get is the end boss chest in infantile mode.
Just need Z2 and Z3 baubles for the title and with the aid of Dulfy will spend a very long time in those zones to complete it.

You can do all achievements in infantile, except for the zone completion ones. I did them all in infantile – the 3 baubles and the 3 hidden rooms + the avoid the plants thing + the no potion use, no lost life + get the upgrades. Shortcut worm i made in normal mode, but im pretty sure it works in infantile as well.
