Its been stated that exclusive SAB weapons for use outside of the SAB are unreasonable due to the outrage they would cause.

My question is, what makes SAB so unique from Dungeons or Fractals, ,both of which have exclusive non-tradeable weapons and armour. Is it just because likely it would be a reward for jumpers doing difficult content, and there’s a large group that both despise the SAB and the weapons as well as jumping? Which isn’t much difference than FotM or any Dungeon.

With the hints of a Infantile Rage mode/Sad Cloud mode, and scale (similar to fotm), it seems logical that there’s be tangible, if not rare rng, rewards for those that enjoy SAB at its hardest, especially if/when this becomes complete and permanent.

I’m not clear who is saying this? I haven’t seen any such complaints, and SAB has already been around to 5 days. People have the items, both the account bound ones and the tradeable ones.

Not talking about the skins we have now. Talking about other, harder to get ones.

Special items that are super hard to get… will most likely be stuff that stays in the Box. Otherwise the amount of community outrage would shake the foundations of the earth.

What I don’t understand here is the original Guild Wars had stuff like the super cool mini roller-beetle that you could win by placing in the overall top 10 of the ‘Roller-Beetle Racing’ mini-game (an event only around for a short period of time each year). This mini could be displayed anywhere and also be sold for a gazillion gold as well.

So why would items earned through the SAB be any different? Only being able to see them in the SAB doesn’t make sense when you take my above example into account.

For the record I never played the Roller-Beetle racing mini-game and I had no problem with those who showed off their (totally awesome) mini-beetles.
