Is this in Rata Sum? And if so where do I go to play this. Any tips for when you start playing?

creators commons, northern way point, you’ll see a big blue box with a shiny blue portal in it.

Talk to the cloud and play through on infantile mode while you learn how things work, then switch to regular for loot runs.

go to rata sum, north point on the top floor (by the portal to LA). go there, enter the cube portal, interact with the machine to the right of the npc and then talk to npc when talk option is available. once inside, talt to the cloud to chose infantile mode and then enter the house with the opened door.
