Took some work and getting somewhat frustrated with certain jumping sections, but it’s all done.

I can’t spend too much time playing it right now, but I will surely go for the achievements next weekend.

Overall Zone 3 was annoying. The worst of the Zone 3 achievements was probably the baubles due to all of the jumping/bouncing involved. (Thank god there was no fall damage.)

Do you get that bauble achievement credit before the toad boss-fight? IIRC there is no chest after the toad, so it should be possible, right?

Nope, it pops after because part of that achievement is “completing” Zone 3 so basically try to insure you’ve scoured every last corner for baubles before you head to that last fight.

I do not know since I never skipped those chests. I always made sure to grab them. I’m sure someone will try that eventually and have an answer though.

I kind of assume they do include those baubles since doesn’t it also include the baubles in the hidden rooms and such?

Only baubles already hovering in-world are for achievement. Do you have to get all baubles in one go or total~ going back and getting missing ones?

Just got mine as well. By far the most fun i’ve had from a Guild Wars holiday event.

guys, can you give any tips on finding all baubles in zone 2? its the only achievement im missing. :<

For those who have done it, how do you get that last bauble on the platform after the last checkpoint of World 2? That one I can’t see to figure out how to get to. Here’s a pic of it if anybody need a visual reminder.

you need to travel trough shortcut-worm in order to get it.

I can’t imagine how you’ve done it. I’ve run the whole thing several times now, I know all the secret places and have the achievements for the secret places. I’ve just now run World 1 Zone 1 3 times, collecting everything I see and know, including all places that require bombs and even trashing the shopkeepers’ places. I’m tempted to call it bugged now

You dont gain credit from ones you smash/obtain from mobs. Its only the ones that are already in place you need to collect.

At the beginning of zone 1, there is a tree that you have to climb that has a bauble.

Thank you! For that one, just have a friend run ahead and burn it all with the candle for you. It works wonders though you still have to avoid hitting the center of the flytraps.

I unlocked “Distinction in Applied Jumping” and if you got stuck where I did, look under the carpet. :P

I burned away the floor in the shop, any other hints? I’ve got no hidden places in the first or second bits…

Ach, is it me or is it a bit disappointing that Dulfy posted a guide on how to get all of the hidden rooms? The last hidden room under that carpet took us FOREVER to find, but it was so satisfying once we did. Cheapens things a bit.

you probably missed the shop in zone 1 in baby mode. you have to go into one of the shops for one of the achieves for that one.

Okay now I have baubles to collect….

I was also on 26/27 in baby mode. I went through it again and no it wasn’t the shop :P . I missed some check-point jump in zone 1.Don’t know how…

You don’t have to recollect ones you already got do you? Can you run through more than once to get missed ones or not?

If you are referring to the baubles, then yes you have to recollect them. Otherwise, no you do not have to, but that doesn’t mean you won’t be heading for some of those hidden rooms anyways since they have baubles in there.

I have all achievments except the bauble finding ones. I ran through world 1, zone 1, 5 times now and I destroyed every shop furniture, beat up the honeybees and the fleeing bees (after they grabed the baubles ofc). I also got every bauble in every secret room, but I still don’t got the achievment! (I also made a run with beating every foe, even though they don’t count.) I really need some help now. Moto got me frustrated, like he said.

Considering how awful I am at JPs, I’ve been making a lot of progress(10/15 in Minor of Achievement). Only a few more to go(the bachelor/doctor/master of baubles, excavation, and elusion).

Speaking of which… For the elusion achievement, is it possible to get passed the patch of sticky plants at the checkpoint solo? Or do you need to get someone to burn them for you?

Yeah you need the “Light” skill, ie. the Candle in order to burn them. You get it in the area where you see the green water for the first time and the shopkeeper is standing before his shop. Go into his shop and steal it like Link would do it.

There is a maze area, after the 2nd/3rd checkpoint in the right corner. There are several baubles there

If you mean the maze where the bees flee though to get to the bee-dog. Yeah, I got all the baubles there, too.
