Only the Rare versions that drop from the Glorious Chests in the SAB are tradable. The Masterwork versions that you buy from Moto with Bauble Bubbles are account bound. Both versions of the skins look identical, so the Rare versions are only for players who aren’t able to get 50 Bubbles for themselves or just hate jumping puzzles.
