Guild Wars 2

Hey guys.I think i’ve almost finished world 1 but i haven’t found any weapon skin.Where/when do they drop? (i know they can be bought with baubles but i also see non-acc-bound skins on the trading post and they can’t be bought with baubles)

I don’t know how rare they are, or where they can drop, but I got a Super Shield Skin (The one I wanted the most after the Great Sword) after I beat Zone 3. As I said, not sure if I just got lucky, or you get a chance to get one from there every time, but judging for how scarce they are on the TP, I’m going to say it’s a chance drop.
