Guild Wars 2

Hey, recently a guildy of mine got stuck into one of the towers (where the cannons are on top) at the final boss.
I believe she used Mesmer staff skill #2 when she was close to one and she got stuck.
She tried to get out but nothing helped, neither blink or the same skill.
Then she tried to use waypoint but the doors were closed off and she wasn’t able to get her reward anymore…

Any way to fix this?

Ditto. One of our friends got stuck outside the fight after being DCd. Chest was there, but she couldn’t get into the area to open it!
