Frizz's Lab is the Best!!!
It was decent, a step in the right direction. I’d still like harder content. Sure, we wiped a number of times my first time through, but never at any point did I think there was any danger of not finishing. Maybe if a total wipe kicked you from the dungeon or something.
I liked the final boss, but Frizz is not fun at all.

Yes, you are right. My party wiped a few times on our first time through but never once did we feel like it was not doable. We just had to regroup, figure out what we did wrong and then figure out a strategy to beat it. That’s the whole fun of challenging contents and group play.
It’s just like all the other dungeons. They are all challenging until you figure out how to beat it. Those of you that blew through them your first time probably partied with veterans.
So like what is the way to beat Frizz Phase 3?
My method doesn’t work cause party members can’t listen for crap.
Whats the way you have to do it involving a party consisting at lvl 80’s of any class.
Don’t say like “Well first you need to get a guardian” cause no.
A dungeon needs to be able to present a challenge but at the same time be doable regardless of what class you picked at the beginning.
So what is the solution for a party of friends consisting of
Warrior
Ranger
Necromancer
Warrior
Elementalist
Lance Delgado Lvl 20 Thief

Grimno,
I did it with my necromancer. I ran in circles, in the same direction that the wall was turning, and jumped up on the crates when the shorter beam was coming, while auto-attacking the golems and removing the confusion sometimes. Also, I dodged the golem’s pulls. Got hit a few times, though, but didn’t die.
Worked as a charm, but one of our members was killed. We finished the part, but it took a bit longer than it should because the member that was killed was doing great damage to the golems while alive (I believe he was one of the elementalists). Necromancer, 2 elementalists, thief and warrior.
Astrid Strongheart, Norn Ranger.
“I wish juvenile wolves were bigger”
I found having a guardian using scepter and torch is the best for fight against frizz, when I first did the dungeon I used my warrior, when me and my party got to frizz well we got stuck there a while, that is until I changed to my guardian. Stand Your Ground is the most helpful skill for that situation, specially for phase 3 of the battle.

As a Warrior I was almost able to solo it (everyone else in my party died at the start but I kept going) with my healing shout build.
I kited the golems with my longbow, climbed the boxes only to avoid the faster wall and used Shake It Off to get strait back up whenever I got pulled. Stacking toughness + vitality means the laser walls are no longer one shot kills and all the healing from the shouts means you can recover from them quickly.
I can’t speak for any other profession.

First two phases are challenging and fun. The last phase…

And there’s the problem I have.
For you, one died.
For me, i’m always the last guy standing.
Always.. Always ALWAYS… when phase 3 starts, someone is standing where the low beams spawn and gets downed and dies.
My mind hasn’t quite grasped the fact that “A lot of people suck.”
But deep down I keep thinking “Maybe next time will be different! Maybe these guys know their stuff!”
But then I get let down…
Kinda feel this is punishment for the stuff I do in EB’s jump puzzle…

This Frizz battle not even fun. Latency affect everything (sometimes you see you are in top of cart/barrel, but laser still hit you, sometimes you still have a gap before laser hit you but you take damage instead), lag spike and you will died, sometimes the golem lost agro and back and forth between wall for a long time (especially in the last phase).
Fun battle: FF boss battle without using glitch, now that was fun.
Another: Lupicus battle.
ps: warr is a win solution in this battle: 2 stability utility, 1 stability elite (banner better), shake if off. (High damage, almost 75% stability uptime).
