My friends that are around level 30ish cannot reach this new poi in Gendarran Fields. Do they have to do the new content in order to access it?
A new jp will be made available that leads to that POI later on.

Yay i was angry and confused about this POI too, since i was sure i had 100% completed this area, but suddenly was missing one lol. Love jumping puzzles though, so july 1st will be good.
