I just spent 2 hours beating AR, didn’t get a monacle though. Is that gonna get mailed to me at some point or is it another random drop chest?

It’s a random drop.

They’ll probably will never come back once the dungeon is removed, not even as a very rare drop if it comes back as a fractal.

Looks like someone in ANet decided that taking time to model items that only a few will get to even see in other players was worth spending resources on.
