I liked the dungeon.
I liked the first boss.
I disliked how long the second boss fight was (the mechanics were fine – it just seemed too long, like the cannon phase).

I will agree with that. I think the last boss needs a better and more efficient way to get her into the cannon.

I agree as well this is what makes it impossible for all the groups i play with no one can live through the fight that long
The last boss went down just as I was thinking to myself “Oh please don’t make me go through another phase of cannons”, so I guess it was just long enough. And since it was my first time (and most of our first times), I expected the dungeon to be challenging, to take a little while and require me to play at my best (which ain’t that great to begin with, but still got through it thanks to great group—so i think part of many people’s problems are a bad group). Why does everyone expect their first time in a new dungeon to be easy? Bug-free, yes (though when has that ever happened) but not easy. I liked it, even though I did die a couple of times. Actually wish my group had gone a bit slower so I could have looked around a bit more.
Yup, also liked the dungeon. Some new fights to learn, and not a complete walkover the first time through, and not really any trouble the next time. Sounds fine for a dungeon that’ll be in the game for two weeks.
best statistical loot in the game. We want everyone on an equal power base.”
Pre-launch, Colin listed things that make MMOs bad. They are all now in GW2.
I really enjoyed it up to the end where it glitched out for my group and we were unable to complete. First boss was pretty much awesome. And liked the steam pipe platforming as well.
I liked the last boss fight too, mechanics wise. I wish it wasn’t so long as well. It seemed rather tedious, but the cannon wave almost always killed someone for some reason. >.>
" I think the last boss needs a better and more efficient way to get her into the cannon."
Agreed though.
