since sky pirates came out i haven’t seen anything about how or when this pet is obtainable. no discussion or anything. i cant be the only one who cares. any knowledge would be appreciated.

Probably is the mini you get from Moa Racing AFTER Dragon Bash is over. Anet said that the helmed moa is limited time mini and would switch with a different moa once Dragon Bash is over.

Yes, the race is a permanent addition. But the mini racing moa is not. Better get it while you can.
