I think this picture sums up my feelings pretty well. Developers…. why?! Why make it take so long? Where is the fun in this? Most of the hologram projectors don’t even spawn the Aeroblade foes, so you’re running around the map for hours trying to kill enough of them. Not to mention all the broken projectors in Ascalon.

As I’m swimming across the bloody lake again for the zillionth time, I keep thinking to myself… Why? WHY?! I want to have this achievement, but there are so many fun things I could be doing right now. Please, for the love of Grenth, don’t make achievements like this.

Might not be the most enjoyable way to kill Aetherblades, but it’s certainly simple. As long as you’re about level 60 or over of course.

Ascalon : Hang around the cache in Vexa’s Lab (Fireheart Rise – Level 63 area) for 30mins

Shiverpeaks : Hang around the cache in Sector Zuhl (Timberline Falls – Level 53 area) for 30mins

With the new JP, the AR dungeon and multiple caches in each zone, Kryta and Maguuma ought to be pretty easy to achieve (even without the projectors)

Always took me around 30 to 45 minutes for every area.

Do you activate all the the non-pirate projectors, or do you just leave?
Cause if you don’t activate them, they won’t respawn and will always stay non-pirate.

I trigger any and all of the projectors that I come across, and still there are very few aetherblades that spawn. And it just takes forever grinding all those locations.

I did this one by just camping out near Tremblng Song – Snowden Drifts, the suspect from Every Piece Matters. There are Aetherblades that spawn there regularly without needing a player to run past, and there is a nearby holo projector as well.

Ascalon is another story.

Can also camp out at the top of the Sylvari starter zone for the other suspect. The only annoying one to do is the ascalon one.
