Sky Pirates of tyria is an awesome patch! I love the content and the setting, steampunk combines my favourite genres, fantasy and sience fiction, I love the Dungeon and plot seems very promising!

But… The name is Sky Pirates, but we don’t see much Sky yet, only pirates. I know this is probably just the beginning of this Storyline, but that doesn’t stop me from speculate.

How awesome would be a dungeon where you have to board a pirate skyship with your own, fight with them and all that in the open sky! That would be so awesome, and we know it works from Arah Storymode.

What are your ideas how this could continue?

The “sky pirates”’ first mate is killed and their captain killed. It’s possible to destroy their airship even.

If they make a return, it’ll be via Mai’s jailbreak.

The whole concept of “sky pirates” is that they’re coming from the sky, not that we’re fighting in the sky. When they spawn, they spawn via dropping down with lightning bolts.

Well, this single airship we destroy and the people we kill don’t have to be the only sky pirates in whole tyria, maybe there are more.

I remember Mai mentioning her superior or someone in the cutscene. As far as we know, she could have been the captain of that specific ship, there may be lots of others. Of course, I say remember wrong, gonna do it today too to see if I am right.
