Make a temporary NPC who gives players a immunity buff. They can’t be attacked by other players. But they also can’t open the Giant Misthwrought Chest. This way people who just want to fight there can do so. While people who are doing the Jumping Puzzle can also do so without being disturbed.

Else just change the spot somewhere closer so people actually can get it.

For god sake.. Cant you do anything without having it served right infront of your face? Work for your stuff. Get in there and try, i had to go trough 9 runs and im not complaining. There HAS to be some challenge in games.

Where’s the “challenge” when you walk inside the cage-like zone of the jumping puzzle and there are 30 people camped on the top who just keep you in combat to lower your speed?

Event rewards in WvW, really…? How on EARTH did those pirates get to the WvW maps anyway? It’s a total fail from any and all perspectives.

Your lucky, I cant get in at all.
We have no keeps, so no entrances to the puzzle, and waypoint’s are constantly contested.

Guess i’l have to start a war or wait a few day’s.

Learn not to confuse PvE content with PvP one. Understand, that PvP crowd is a tiny minority in this game.
Understand, that due to some bad matchups (and weirs matchups in WvW due to last changes still happen, the situation has not stabilized yet), some servers may be just plain blocked from accessing this PvE living story content.

While I generally have no problem if there’s some fighting while doing the WvW JPs, it is the nature of that after all. But this is just bad. It has nothing to do with actual WvW that the same group of people just stand there and make it impossible for others to get the achievement.
Usually I’ve only had to fight some 1v1 or 2v2 fights there, and then the winning party moves on. This is not the case now since many more people will come there to get the achievement. And people who are not there to WvW, or aren’t familiar with the puzzle. This is just an open invitation to bullies and kittens to make life miserable for others.
