“The drop chances in the Black Lion Chest have been adjusted so there is a greater chance to receive a plush backpack cover item with each key. However, backpack covers are still a rare drop from the Black Lion Chest.”

I have not yet tried this, but it does seem like an answer to all the negative feedback about RNG we’ve been giving. What do you guys think?

I think they want you to have the illusion that the chest is worth buying in hopes of gettign Tybalt. Currently you can just buy the back covers from the TP for relatively cheap prices (not Tybalt) so they want people to feel like the gamble is worth it.

They’ve done this several times before and every single time the research shows the drop rates to be atrocious and a waste of money. The only solution to RNG is an alternative to RNG.

Remember, going from a 0.01% chance to a 0.02% chance still constitutes a “greater chance.”

I wouldn’t get my hopes up.
