Guild Wars 2

Suppose to talk to Mai at Fort Marriner since me and my group beat the dungeon, but we cannot find her cell at all.
In fact, we can’t even find a prison!

Is it even accessable at this time or will it be its own later instance?

Question for Mai – Talk to Mai Trin
You can complete this achievement once you have defeated Mai Trin and Horrik in the Aetherblade retreat dungeon. Mai Trin is located in the Fort Marriner cell.

I know shes at the Fort Marriner Cell, but where IS the Fort Marriner Cell?
I’ve been running around there in my server looking and can’t find ****!

There’s no marker for her, there’s no hint, and there doesn’t even appear to be a jail at Marriners

I couldn’t find it either after searching for it so I just put down the achievement description. Sorry

Okay so I went on top of the bar part on the NorthWest area of Marriner where you can buy Lionguard Cultural Weapons and I found a cage of some kind.
It’s big, metallic, and has chains wrapped on it but there’s no NPC in it at all…
So assuming they’re not available yet since this is the ONLY thing I’ve found at Marriner’s that resembles a jailcell.

That’s the cell…you’ll notice it’s in front of a dock that conspicuously could work for an airship.
