When you come upon Mai she mentions someone…a female name (I can’t remember which) and notes that she will be very angry with her.

Do we have any clues about this person?

Mai mentions the name “Scarlet”. We don’t really know much about her, but many people believe that she was the person pulling the strings for both the Molten Alliance and the Dragon Bash incident with the Aetherblades. Though there is no concrete evidence for either of these, it does appears that Scarlet is Mai’s superior or partner.

I recall the Dredge captured after the MA Weapons Facility is cleaered, the ones you can speak to in the Black Citadel stockade, mention something about a “snake-nosed city slicker” (or something like that) having talked them into partnering with the Flame Legion.
