So I checked the wiki, and I’m still not clear. The only place we could get the % vs Karka weapons was from lionguard Lyn? I managed to pick up lots of rare 80s for my alts but… It would be nice to have another way to get karka weapons. Hint hint Anet. Token system for weapons you already have made.
