Now there r only one of them instead of two
However, left of the CSF-A merchant used to be a generic merchant, its gone now.
Between CSF-A merchant and Advisor Okk used to be a Consortium Chest (not interactable), that chest is gone to.
At least that missing generic merchant seems an error.

EDIT: just guested on Gunnars Hold EU.
There there 2 Okk’s, 2 CSF-A merchant, the Consortium chest and the generic merchant are also there.
So its not happening on all servers.
