There is a story quest for this achievement??
Edit: is this the one on Pearl Island?
I just finished it. I had to wait a few moments after the scene for it to pop.

and at the end the guy said to guy buy a swim suit!! I neeeeds one >.<
I did this, waited for cut seen. Watched it. Still no achievement. K, i walked away after I completed this, still standing with the option to go back to southsun, came back it was there. Not sure why it took so long. But got it.

I have had delays in receiving chests and achievements (even dailies) several times this past month. Do not understand why there is a delay since everything else seems to be running smoothly…no lag, no hiccups, etc.
