When will this document thing become active or if it is already what do you need to do for it? I can’t seem to find any info but I know the Karka Queen starts on the 5th.

Documents achievement will also become active on the 5th. Talk to Kiel to get the wrap-up instance which will complete the achievement. This is taken from the “guide” that ANet posted.
