Its always raining in the cove

i believe some places are always raining like stormbuff isle

Wish it was sunny,it would make Southsun look like a tropical heaven,well…minus the karka

The better question is: do we ever get real weather effects?
It’s localized everywhere and it’s so lame.
Breaks the immersion for me sometimes to walk around in one zone and 2 seconds after i cross some invisible border and whoop, rain.

If you go to the SE coast, it is always sunny. And you can find a lot of tourist drinking, and taking sun next to their bungalows. It’s only the northen side of the island the one who always is under rain effect.

Even when the sun goes hidden your skin is still under UV rays effects, that’s why you should use lotion and wear sunglasses!

It’s always raining because it’s been veiled in the sadness of all the Karka who lost their beloved leader; the Ancient Karka.

Hope the PVE culling will be fixed too, so we can see a lot of ppl on the beach when the new living story starts!

And yes I would like to see dynamic weather too. A Tyria world weather system and not fixed

Rain being localized isn’t necessarily immersion breaking, I remember long drives down to Florida and where you can see ahead on the highway for a good bit of distance, it’ll be blue and sunny over you, but miles ahead you see the dark grey clouds and a wall of rain. Lol

That said, here’s hoping southsun weather turns nicer tomorrow…

True, there can always be one troll cloud that makes it rain above just 1 part of the city but it ain’t constantly like that. We need dynamic weather with random snowstorms, sandstorms, rainstorms…etc. The world feels more closed to me if it’s not randomized.

Yes, you can get sunburned in overcast! I suggest everyone head to the gem store and purchase the appropriate sun protection.
