Keep magic find boost after event
I kinda wonder why it’s necessary. If this is a first experiment in regards to the comments that Anet acknowledged needing to sacrifice other stats for MF is not fun … why not “simply” raise the drop% for the mobs on that map in general?
Perhaps it is just a solution to also fit the two factions in. Which I find a very fascinating concept and hope they will build on that.

Well I’m not opposed abolishing magic find entirely, and giving it an infusion slot for every piece of gear.
We have 6 pieces of armor. Give each a utility slot for +20 utility, and that is 120 magic find. Our amulet is another +20, making that 140. +30 from omnom bar, that is 170% magic find without sacrificing stats!
Or they could seriously just abolish magic find in the game, and have an NPC give us the boost after beating some event.

Change it to Boon Duration. Or make a completely new stat combo.
Warn us a month or two in advance.
