Maybe it’s just me, or are rares and t6 mats dropping less now? Since a few days ago.

Within 1 hour I use to make consistently around 25 Armor Scales an hour, along with 2-5 Southsun Supply Crates. Now I only get 4 Armor Scales, and less drops in general.

If this is DR, something must be very messed up because I’ve switched characters, spent time in other zones, changes the enemies I fight (from sharks, tunas, and jellyfish to barracudas, sea turtles, and sea scorpions), and yet, the droprate is still horrible!

What’s up? Anyone else notice this? Is it just me, or did something with droprates or DR get messed up?

RNG should always be your first scapegoat.

I’m wondering if anyone else is getting the same, or better droprates from farming armored scales in Southsun?

I’m not specifically farming anything in Southsun, but the drops from the instigator and defense events seem to be the same.
Haven’t gotten a rare chest from any of the instigator mobs in quite a while though, was getting like 1 of those/day initially, but that’s probably just RNG.
