I did it too before patch and I get nothing, then I do it again after the patch and still get nothing. Dont care much about that 1g but I hope I dont bug/broke my story line

I logged in and didn’t see a chest. Went to check the announcements section and saw this:

Fixed an issue where players who completed the Canach’s Lair instance before the release today can no longer receive rewards. All players will now be able claim the reward for completing this instance once more on any character.

So I have to do the instance again. Not to mention I simply lost out on the reward for yesterday’s explorable run.

That was a half-arsed fix.

Well… Similar issue here. But I’ve maked the instance after the patch i believe.. My rewards includes 24 S only . ‘-’ (And more 20s from Noll “Dungeon” ) . Nothing of 1G/5kKarma yet .

I think the only fair thing to do for gamers that were Johnny-on-the-Spot for this new content is provide a Precursor.

Just done Story Mode on my Warrior no reward on beating Canach.

Got reward on my necro and mes 1st time through last night after the initial fix. But nothing on warrior first time through

That’s because they made the reward account-based.

The dungeon was accidentally available before the patch, so the rewards that were being hooked up in the patch were not given to those who did it before the patch. Since we only intended for those rewards to be given once, that means players who did the event once cannot get the rewards again, even if they didn’t already get the rewards the first time during the gap before the patch.

We’re working on a solution to the problem though.

So its not once per day per account, its just a one time reward period?

Asking for a precursor would be a bit over the top. Personally I was hoping for a Sclerite Weapon Claim Ticket for everyone who participated as an actual reward instead of ‘a bag of money’.

I was hoping for a Mini-Canach. But still there is none.
