This needs a hotfix. There should be a limit on how much the event can upscale. Too many people nearby and it takes ages cause not everyone is helping. Usually events where you need to collect stuff are 100 times faster.

I just turn in like 10 eggs and go off to do something else, once it finishes you’ll get credit:)

I think this is partially because people only see the 3 egg spots on the island, and don’t see that there is quite a few down around the shore line.

Nah it’s definitely a scaling issue, each egg hardly gives a tick on the meter. I think I turned in like 24 the one time last night and that didn’t even fill it halfway up.
