Sclerite Weapon Claim Ticket?

I got a ticket on like my 3rd or so out of like 7 boxes that dropped for me. None of the skins are that great looking anyhow, wish I could sell it or the skin I got with it.
that’s great glad for your luck im just asking for the people without luck that buy over 100 boxes and get nothing im sure you feel great with luck but some people just don’t have that luck factor.
No, honestly I feel amused and slightly saddened that anyone would spend the money to buy over 100 boxes to possibly get a skin, no matter how awesome looking it is.
I guess at least there should have been passion flowers and karka shells in each box which can be turned into gold so it’s not a total loss.
well currently its the only way to obtain a Sclerite Weapon Claim Ticket yes not a great idea to spend that much money but some people do and im happy for the people that have luck and didn’t have to but not a complaint about rng because 3k hours and no precursor that’s completely fine figure one day it will happen so keep hopes up its the one time only things and since they are account bound anyway no harm since you cant sell them lol but in all honesty nothing will probably happen but no harm in asking reguardless still a great game just putting it out there for the people who don’t have really good luck
Well no, I got mine in a crate that dropped, unless they’re not dropping any more since the patch? I certainly didn’t spend any money on crates from the TP, though I did buy a haircut kit because my long hair clipped horribly with the new backpack…bought that with gold though…
As for the rest of your paragraph I’m not exactly sure what you’re saying because you don’t use periods or sentences.
I mean they cant be sold anyway so why the increase in difficulty I am not against rng in any way but only ask for a way that those that spent all that money can turn some of the stuff they got in for one they are account bound so figured if you went through the trouble of making the skins there should be some way for people without luck to enjoy them too any light shed on this would be greatly appreciated just saying if they spent good money trying and still failed might want to think about a way to keep them from feeling like it was just a waste if the ticket was only thing they were after.

someone with an actual helpful post would be nice instead of people talking about their own luck, or making comments on sentence structure. once again not talking about people with luck if you read, clearly said without luck; not everyone is blessed with this luck factor people go on about. Yes, people have gotten a ticket on first box, but this is about those that go through hundreds with not 1 Sclerite Weapon Claim Ticket. I mean forging items you got while failing boxes anything but just luck just throwing ideas out there. Some constructive helpful ideas to help the less fortunate rather than gloating on your own luck would really help those that don’t share in your blessed luck.

No seriously, this is like the 10th thread about this issue and it’s not likely that anything will change. As you say, people spend hundreds of dollars on these things and as long as that continues to happen I don’t think a.net will change anything.
How about people stop buying the keys and boycott this RNG system then they will be forced to change it.

My other idea was to have a “loaded die”. Right now your probability of getting a weapon claim ticket does not change between crate 1 and crate, say, 100. But a loaded die would increase your probability of getting a weapon drop the more crates you open. Making it so that opening your 100th crate would have a higher chance of giving you a skin then your first crate.
My brain is shagging under the weight of changes… having six characters was not a good idea!
Yeah, I guess they don’t take a lot of pride in their weapon design if they don’t care if nobody gets one.

I can’t find the Anet post they did kinda mention it when super adventure box came out and someone asked why it took so many bobbles to get something. What it comes down to is that people like ‘prestige’ skins to make them feel special. While you or quite a few people don’t care about needing to feel superior via appearance and just want to look cool, a lot of people do. People are strongly attached to needing to feel like a special snowflake, so making a few things hard to obtain helps out there. If you want a comparison consider legendary weapons and why they are such a crazy resource sink in to obtain vs. dungeon weapons.
I do think they miss out though on casual collector crowds with these boxes. Sometimes its fun just to try to get a whole theme set of something, but that’s impossible with current crate rates.
2 completely different points the adventure box could be got with time dedication and hard work. these Sclerite Weapon Claim Ticket are just luck only and account bound. I have no problem with working hard to get something I want but no matter how hard I work wont improve my luck.
