If I open my crates after “The Secret of Southsun” -living story arc has ended, can I still get the weapon tickets and claim the weapons? Or should I open them before 28th?

I don’t know for sure, but if I were you I’d claim them before the sequence of events comes to a close.

The weapon vendor may stick around a little while after the event, but there’s never a guarantee.
