Hey I’m with the swarm doing the easy events in karka land.
We just move from one “Defeat the riot-instigating settlers” to another, and once there I autofire and I even go away from keyboard often. (I have a weapon that remove conditions on critical so I don’t die from burn)
And we get chests each time for that!
That’s awesome!

There are a lot of really hard events with no chest in this game.
I feel so bad for the developers that created events that are too hard and have no reward!
Players prefer easy events with good rewards!

Ok we hate the few mobs around that are actually challenging, but we usually avoid them.
A single karka veteran is harder than these events.
There’s an event with a karka champion at a wp that nobody is doing, it’s too hard and there is no chest.
The chests are better for the easy events.
All the players are at the same place doing the same things over & over because it’s the most efficient way to spend their time.

But we have to move from one point to another and I must admit that it’s annoying.
Maybe put all the easy events with chests at the same spot.
This way we can all hit auto-attack with ranged weapon and go away from keyboard.
And please make larger chests.

Let me break down the gist of your arguments.

First paragraph is a complaint that we all do things together, and that people are using tactics to reduce how much they die.

Second paragraph is that there are some hard events that give no chests while this one is relatively easy and rewards you with a chest that usually gives a few silver worth of loot.

The third paragraph refers to the champ karka that no one does. People actually kill the champ karka sometimes. You also complain again that everyone does things together which is apparently bad.

The fourth paragraph is a facetious request to put all the events in the same place so we don’t have to run anywhere. I think this is a slippery slope argument where you jump from one thing that bugs you to the extreme to make your points seem valid.

Oh I don’t do things with other to die less (but It’s ok if you need to, I understand).
I do things with others to: kill mobs faster on the easiest fastest content with the best rewards.
There is easy content with extra reward, and hard content with no extra reward.
Some content become so easy that you can literally go away from keyboard to farm it.
Some content is so hard that nobody is doing it.

I don’t see any slippery slope or any point to make valid.
I would really enjoy having all easy events in the same place.
And larger chests.

its not the pathetic ease and frequency of these chest events that bothers me, its the fact that because of them nobody is doing ANYTHING ELSE on the island because of it and that makes the rest of the content unplayable, what a waist

Heh guess so, I like it.
Though I very much am disgusted with this swarm.

Kids, this is the reason why we can´t have nice things!

And although I hate is so much I still have to join the kittendroppings Zerg. I´d be stupid if I wouldn´t.

Your lucky….. I can’t seem to make it past the Skelks and crates. blood and fangs they drop.

Oh wait they nerffed it today… might see you in that Zerg after all

Oh there will be glorious QQ come June 11 when they remove these instigators from the game. I know the OP is being facetious but people are for real going to rage about ANet taking their “hard earned” farm away from them.

Note the poster above me QQing about a farming nerf in an area that was just silly (do 20 skelks really need to spawn at the same time?)

I got plenty of nice things from this, if you count gold and items as nice things.

OP: If you want to take all the fun and challenge out if it by going akitten and autoattacking, that’s your decision. You’re not doing a good job of taking down the settlers if you’re just autoattacking the Instigator, so you’re missing out on lots of chances for wood and steel chest drops. Good job, you’re not even doing it right.

If this is a troll post which I pray that it is than great job…if this is serious than I don’t want to live on this planet anymore
