Weird Icon over toons head

I have noticed an icon that floats up from my toons head when he is fighting. It seems to happen only in Southsun Cove. It sorta looks like a yellow ghostly see thru fist that rises up and you see a red negative number in it. Anyone know what it is? Not sure what it is and i cant seem to find info on it. Curious to know if anyone knows about it

thanks, wasnt sure what it was, never seen it before until the new Southsun Cove arch
