Patchs tend to happen on tuesdays so I’m more inclined to think it’s gonna be today but I could totally be wrong about it. We’ll see it soon enough anyway.
Its technically the 4th, in that it is the 4th for everyone in the USA but in Arena Net Time its the 5th because they do there thing at 8pm EST

Well I assume it’s supposed to be the 4th, because that’s mentioned more often (https://www.guildwars2.com/en/community-news/a-guide-to-last-stand-at-southsun-cove/ and https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/last-stand-at-southsun/), while I can only find one article stating the 5th.
