Guild Wars 2

I’m not all to sure if anyone else has had this problem, I had a quick browse and I couldn’t find anything about it.

So basically, I can’t accept my rewards from the event, I guess it wouldn’t be so bad, if it weren’t slap bang in the middle of the screen.

I’ve tried a few things so far:
– Emptied my Inventory
– Changed worlds and map
– Logged out and in again

If there is anything anyone knows of, that would be great

You need to choose between the Shoulder Scraps and the Secret Stash.

Click one of the two items on the left, then accept or whatever will appear.

Stupid question, but did you choose one of the first 2 options? You cant have them all you know =)

No worries. And no, I’m not going to publicly admit that it took me a few minutes to get that figured out as well, so don’t ask!

As to which of them to choose: The left hand one seems to have only one use, and that is to get 250 of them for the shoulder skin. The right one gives you more boxes to open that will have two greens in them and might have a shoulder skin. I don’t know how rare the skin drop is but I got one out of doing 6 invasions and a guildie got 3 of them in however many he’s done, so unless you desperately want the shoulders it seems better to go for the little pile of boxes and consider the skin a bonus if you get it.

I was wondering how rare getting them from the 5 box reward was. The first time I finished the event, I grabbed the 5 boxes instead of the scraps and ended up getting 3 sets of the ugly things. I’ve done the event 3 or 4 more times since (always grabbing the boxes) and haven’t seen another (thank goodness, lol).

Always pick the boxes. The skins are something like 5% chance. I have done 10-15 events and I have 3 shoulder skins already. And you get some silver from selling the junk that comes in boxes.

I personally just did the 50 skin pieces. 5 of those and the skin is yours. Then after that I’ll do the boxes.
