Can't sell Dragon Jade Skins.

Don’t worry Quise, it’s probably an oversight. The newly bought skins can be traded, so they’ll likely update the previously existing skins too.

The Dragon’s Jade skins were never sellable. Even if they’re going to change that (I haven’t heard anything about that personally, but I’m hardly versed on everything so maybe that is the case), I don’t see how it’d be considered a “bug” when it was by design that they were account bound.
Jade and Fused weapon skins are tradeable and sellable now. It looks like only skins redeemed with tickets after the patch are tradeable/sellable. I have a few unused Fused and Jade weapon skins that I can’t sell, but it’s probably because they’re from when the event was still around.

Why did you even post if you had no idea? Seriously, I want to know what made you post this. The skins are all over the TP, and have been since the patch, so the guy’s issue is clearly a bug. So why did you feel the need to post your obviously completely ignorant response? I mean, you did not even take the 5 seconds needed to check that you were wrong.

No, it’s not a bug. Josh thought it was a bug at first too, but the official response that’s come back since then is that it’s intended. Only new skins acquired from the Black Lion Weapon Vendors can be sold on the TP.
That said, there IS a workaround (which may not actually be permitted by ANet given their “official stance”, so use this at your own risk). What you need to do is buy an identical skin to the one you have from the TP. Put the two together into a single stack, then split them again. Both skins should now be tradable. Sell both on the TP.
